We want each and every customer to be happy, satisfied, and of course, protected.
When you order, your free, 30 day return window opens. A full refund will be issued once the product is returned.
Anything after 30 days will not be refunded.

When will I get my order?

Standard Shipping takes anywhere from 3-5 business days and Express Shipping takes between 1 and 3 business days.
If you order before 4PM EST, your kit will be shipped out same day.
If there is any delay in fulfillment or shipping, you will be sent an accurate notice so that you aren't left in the dark.

How much does shipping cost?

Shipping is automatically calculated at checkout. Standard shipping is $6-$10.
International shipping rates for standard shipping are $30-$40.
